- Copy of your Drivers License

- Copy of most recent bank statement to showing funds you wish to use for down payment. Typical construction loan down payment is 25%-35% depending on the circumstances.

- Copy of your W-2 and/or Paystubs

- Copy of last 2 years Tax Returns

- Copy of Architectural Plans (Madrid Homes will submit the bank copy of construction Packet for you, if you are already under contract with them).

- Copy of the construction Budget (Madrid Homes will submit the bank copy of construction budget for you, if you are already under contract with them).

- Copy of Builder Package (Madrid Homes will submit on your behalf).

- Copy of Liability insurance (D&R Consulting, LLC may assist finding options for you if you don't already have one) this insurance is separate from the builders insurance.

- Copy of legal description of your lot meets and bounds.

- Copy of survey of your lot
