- Copy of your W-2 and/or Paystubs
- Copy of last 2 years Tax Returns
- Copy of Architectural Plans (Madrid Homes will submit the bank copy of construction Packet for you, if you are already under contract with them). -- Including Construction Plans: --- Engineering Foundation Plans --- Engineered Framing Plan --- Architectural Plans --- MEP Plans --- Landscape Plans
